My water heater was leaking. I called on a Monday at 7:00 p.m. I had a call back within an hour. An appointment set up for the following day. I had also asked for a referral for heating.The water heater team was out the following day by 11:00 a.m. and replaced by 3:00 p.m. the referral that they gave me for the heater was out during the same time. So impressed with this team as well as their referral partners. I will definitely be saving this contact information!10/10 highly recommend as a single mom first time home buyer I felt very educated and informed and while taken care of.

Just had Aqua Wizards install a new water heater and softener system. Jason and Matt are great to work with, very friendly. Matt completed the install and went over everything before leaving. Very respectful of your house. I’ve used them before and will again!
If you want to pay top dollar for work done then call them and it will be done quickly. Paid over $600 for a toilet re-install (note did not replace flanges or toilet) that took maybe an hour, we were in a pinch since we were leaving for out of town but would never use them again. This is outrageous!
We had a clogged drain in our basement and Aqua Wizards was able to come the very next day. Brandon came out and was super helpful, knowledgeable and was super efficient with his job and work. Our kids were being kids and he was super respectful of our home and our children screaming and running around lol. He was upfront with pricing and there were no hidden fees or charges.
Our tech Matt was very helpful and very knowledgeable with helping fix our leaking toilet water line. He was able to get us back up and running before our 2 year old has her birthday this weekend. Would highly recommend Matt and Aqua wizards plumbing.

We had an odd and urgent issue on the day before the holiday, of course, which needed attention. The team worked to find a solution while they worked to find a resource. Had a technician within an hour and quickly diagnosed the solution and promptly solved the issue with a common sense solution that will last. Awesome team, very thankful I found them.

Brandon arrived bright and early. He replaced the ancient and gnarly back flow preventer. He also found another issue and repaired that. Brandon put everything back together and tested it. No leaks. Yay. He also put us in contact with a company to complete the certification. We are very happy with the work done and will call them again for any future needs.
Chris and Jason came out and helped us with some minor drain issues we were having. They were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable guys. The Aqua Wizards came to our home to repair a couple of leaks that our water softener developed. We recently purchased the home so we did not install it ourselves, but their label was on it and we called them about it. They came over quickly, were more than happy to repair the leaks even though it was an older unit, left and came back did the repair, spent a bunch of time on it but the whole time had a great attitude. The work was top notch, communication was great and easy and was incredibly affordable. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
The Wizards came through again. They assessed the situation and came up with a solution. Simple as that.

I've used Aqua Wizards' services for several years, most recently to diagnose and repair what was wrong with my sewer main under the floor of my carriage house. As usual, they figured out the problem, which was serious. A large part of the 120-year-old pipe had simply given way, and retrieving the damaged pipe and replacing it required two days of excavation, repair, and refilling the 4-foot-deep hole they had to open in the carriage house floor. They always keep you apprised of what they are finding. My favorite part of the work they do is at the end of the project, when they take you through the details, using the pieces of old plumbing retrieved and photographs taken along the way. In a house as old as mine, these explanations of "the dig" are often fascinating little anthropology sessions demonstrating plumbing then and now. It's a great company with great people. Highly recommend!
A couple years ago i had a hot water heater installed by Aqua Wizards. This year i was getting my house ready to sell and noticed that it had been leaking at the top and had corroded some parts. I was technically out side of warranty, but i called them up and told them the situation and that i never even noticed it before moving. They inspected it and they could tell it was leaking for awhile and kindly made it right for me. The repair cost me nothing. And they fixed it promptly so that I could list my home without trouble. This company is honest and good at what they do. And if they make an error they will fix it. Thats a valuable thing to find! Hire them all day!!

Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. He returned the next day(today) and was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing under the sink. It looks great and gives me a lot more room under the sink. Brandon was very personable. Would highly recommend Aqua Wizards!

Aqua Wizards just completed an install of a Toto Nexus toilet with an S7A Washlette. Matt, who did the install, was amazing.It's a fairly complex install but Matt took on the task and did a great job. He put down covers and plastic on the floors and carpet to make sure he left my home almost cleaner than when he arrived.I would not hesitate to call Aqua Wizards again for ANY plumbing needs I have in the future.
