Jason and his team are great to work with. They have options and can do anything when it comes to plumbing.We love that we can call and someone always answers the phone. Works with you until the project is done.The team comes out and makes a plan; was able to fix the same day and someone checks back with you to make sure you are satisfied.Most companies you schedule an appoint and wait. Not Aqua Wizards they are with you the whole time, keeping you informed and making sure you get the best customer service.

I've used Aqua Wizards' services for several years, most recently to diagnose and repair what was wrong with my sewer main under the floor of my carriage house. As usual, they figured out the problem, which was serious. A large part of the 120-year-old pipe had simply given way, and retrieving the damaged pipe and replacing it required two days of excavation, repair, and refilling the 4-foot-deep hole they had to open in the carriage house floor. They always keep you apprised of what they are finding. My favorite part of the work they do is at the end of the project, when they take you through the details, using the pieces of old plumbing retrieved and photographs taken along the way. In a house as old as mine, these explanations of "the dig" are often fascinating little anthropology sessions demonstrating plumbing then and now. It's a great company with great people. Highly recommend!

A couple years ago i had a hot water heater installed by Aqua Wizards. This year i was getting my house ready to sell and noticed that it had been leaking at the top and had corroded some parts. I was technically out side of warranty, but i called them up and told them the situation and that i never even noticed it before moving. They inspected it and they could tell it was leaking for awhile and kindly made it right for me. The repair cost me nothing. And they fixed it promptly so that I could list my home without trouble. This company is honest and good at what they do. And if they make an error they will fix it. Thats a valuable thing to find! Hire them all day!!

Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. He returned the next day(today) and was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing under the sink. It looks great and gives me a lot more room under the sink. Brandon was very personable. Would highly recommend Aqua Wizards!

We've had Aqua Wizards out twice now and they are amazing. Matt made sure we had all of our options laid out clearly so we could make an informed decision. He is super personable and professional. He replaced our old toilet super fast and made sure to show me all the features when he was done. We've found our forever plumbers. If you use them, I'm sure you'll love their work too.

Aqua Wizards just completed an install of a Toto Nexus toilet with an S7A Washlette. Matt, who did the install, was amazing.It's a fairly complex install but Matt took on the task and did a great job. He put down covers and plastic on the floors and carpet to make sure he left my home almost cleaner than when he arrived.I would not hesitate to call Aqua Wizards again for ANY plumbing needs I have in the future.

This is an honest and upstanding company that supports our US veterans! The service I received was both friendly and professional. I left a message during the company's off-hours, stating that I needed someone to come out ASAP, and got a call back first thing the very next morning. I was able to receive service that same morning. I would recommend.

I needed service and saw Aqua Wizards customer reviews reassuring. Called and was scheduled promptly with email reminder, which I appreciate. Technician arrived as expected, foot coverings included. Quickly diagnosed my issue and was able to retrieve the part that day and my system is operating perfectly. The cost was more reasonable than I anticipated.
